Overview
Our AMT Program is designed to groom young talent for management positions in Tyco Fire & Security. The Program prepares recent school graduates and early career candidates and transforms them into leaders of tomorrow.
Currently our AMT Program supports the development of 2 groups of Asia Management Trainee – Sales AMT and Engineering AMT. Both types of traineeship offer you the unparalleled opportunity to learn all aspects of the fire and security business through a structured curriculum of hands-on exposure, formal training and challenging assignments. You will move through various departments and operations for approximately 12 months and learn all the skills necessary to ensure that you can perform the job competently. Once you have mastered one skill successfully you will move on to the next, until you have enough experience to be eased into a management role in the fire and security business.
Throughout the AMT Program, a dedicated mentor will oversee your progress and provide both guidance and evaluation. Towards the end of the Program, you will be assessed on your newly acquired skills and embark on a management role.
